Professional and friendly and I love being able to compost and recycle so easily with Western - plus I like their new natural gas powered trucks. The complaints here seem exaggerated because any time I've called they are always helpful and have options for me.

I want to say what a great job the EMPLOYEES do on our recycle material...Today we were over the top and a few things fell out and the gentleman got out of his truck and picked up the things and put them in the container and re-did the pull/dump ( THANK YOU!! They really went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!!! ) I think we might need a larger RECYCLE container:) LOLOL.... Do you have larger ones? AGAIN THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES DO EACH AND EVERY WEEK!!!!
